Columns are all carbon steel, powder-coated, laser/water cut and professionally TIG welded, 10 inch diameter by 60 inch tall with additional cone bottom for easy flow and 15 inch tall triangular stand. Our columns include a "full flow" resin support grid. A full flow resin support grid is key for proper "plug flow" and ensures long resin life and quality fuel.
The high quality, industry standard metering liquid transfer pump has a fully adjustable flow rate. Adjusting flow rate allows the user to maintain a constant flow to accommodate changes in system pressure as the columns load with impurities during use. Valve port on pump allows for easy biodiesel sampling, which is important for maintaining optimal resin performance.
The complete liquid transfer system includes Pressure Relief Valves, Iron Cross top fittings, and pre- and post-filtration. Pressure relief valves ensure safe operation of the system. Iron Cross top fitting provides for easy accommodation of filters, gauges and pressure relief valves.
We recommend Thermax® Tulsion T-45-BD-Macro resin in the leading column and a Gel resin in the lagging column. Your system will ship with your choice of 70 lbs of resin for each column totaling 140 lbs.
System requires assembly. Drums not included.
